【案内】外国籍の宿泊者はパスポートの提示が必要ですか？

ホテルオータでは「国の旅館業法」に従い、宿泊カードを記入後に

• 旅行者の方は、パスポートのご提示と、国籍、旅券番号のご確認のために、コピーを取らせていただき確認を行います。
  
• 日本在住の方は、「外国人登録証明書・在留カード・保険証・免許証 等」のご提示をお願いし確認を行います。
  （証明物はコピーを基本お願いさせてもらっています。）

警察の指導により
テロ対策・犯罪抑制のためお手数ですがご協力よろしくお願い致します。

上記　拒否される場合の宿泊はお断りさせて頂いております。

[Notice] Passport Requirements for Non-Japanese Guests

According to the Inns and Hotels Act in Japan, all non-Japanese guests are requested to fill in the registration card and follow these procedures:

• For Tourists / Non-Residents: Please present your Passport. We will check your nationality and passport number, and make a photocopy of your passport.
• For Foreign Residents in Japan: Please present an official ID such as a Residence Card, Special Permanent Resident Certificate, Health Insurance Card, or Japanese Driver’s License. (We will also take a copy of your ID.)

As directed by the police, this policy is enforced for counter-terrorism and crime prevention purposes. We kindly ask for your cooperation.

Please note that we cannot accommodate guests who refuse to comply with these requirements.
